The Chart - the development of the Universe
The first three period are the formation stages of forming the Universe. The First period {A} is really an ongoing process that is timeless. For the First period was before the Universe, during the Universe, and after the Universe because it is timeless. {This First Period can develop one to many Universe or even rebirth.} The next period {B} shows how the Universe is created by change giving birth to Energy of different charges. The second and third periods {B & C} show the formation Energy and Subatomic particles needed to create the Universe of Energy, Matter, and Space as we know the Universe.

The Neutral Field undergoes a special type of change.
Due to some type of imbalance that interrupts the natural of flux the packets of energy in the charged state cannot return back to the neutral state.
{3a} Creation of the Ripple Effect - Stage
The Neutral Field undergoes a chain reaction.
The imbalances create a chain reaction of the surrounding Neutral
Energy that starts to form a sphere or ball of charged energy packets. The Universe is born. On the outside of this new creation the reaction continues on an ever going process {dominoes effect].
{3b} ProtoUniverse State - Stage
The newly formed charged energy packets are gathering.
A core develops were the newly formed charged energy packets starts to create larger forms of energy packets. A layer around this core is a freshly formed charged energy packets just created by a thin ribbon layer here the ripple effect occurs.

{4} Pre-Universe - Stage
The core moves to create energy and subatomic particles of the current know Universe.
In this stage the newly created large charged Energy Packets change into radiation types of energy and subatomic particles. At this stage mass {matter} is created from gathering large amounts of energy in a
small area creating a void. This void is called space.

{5} Early Universe - Stage
Space Has been created with energy and subatomic particles that are now creating atoms.
The first atoms are formed that allows the formation of Quasars, nebulas, and large stars of primarily hydrogen and other simple atoms. Light becomes apart of the Universe from the large nuclear furnaces.
{6} Main Universe -
{Stage current stage}
The Universe creates many types {age} of galaxies while stars burn heavier atoms to create all the known elements and compounds.
This is today, a mature Universe with planets, and life. The Universe has many layers beyond the main core of the mature material of an ever-growing amount of heavy elements and many compounds. This stage is condensing matter even tighter creating even greater area of space and distance between objects. Space is becoming so cold that it is getting close to absolute zero.
Period E - The Last Period - Stages 7 & 8

{7} Decay - Stage
Most of the energy is tied up in the heavier elements and compounds, and very little is left for fusion reaction.
Every Fission is the normal with limited fusion reaction of rare superstars near giant Black Holes in the core of the Universe. The thin ribbon layer and layers near it has become so large near and vast dense newly formed energy and matter.
{8} Implosion - Stage
The normal forces of gravity and other forces in the core of the Universe cannot handle the vast empties.
The outside layer could make a move towards the vastness of the core center with certain forces {like that of gravity} of the Black Holes needing to consume more materials. Everything could change back into Neutral Energy due to the heat energy and gravitational forces produce by the Black Holes.
