In this view you see nothing, for this phase there is nothing.
This nothing is called Neutral Energy. Neutral Energy is of everything that is not in the Universe. So let us look at nothing as packets of individual neutral energy that can only be explained as neutral pure energy with no real shape and no space between each other. More like a woven fabric with strands travel through out the fabric. But, this can also be looked at as a ball with cells and these cells can expand and reduce with a random flax or wave behavior. This would make it impossible to determine where one packet starts or stops
with the respect of the others. There packets would have no reactions with each other.

In this stage the Neutral Energy packets move freely at random rate and amount from a neutral state to a charged state.
This means that some of the packets in varies number in one of more places would be changing by some type of flux. This flux, in my view would be related to the “String Theory”. A vibrate field would create this flux allowing parts of the Neutral Energy more into a different mode. This mode would spilt the packet into two halves by un-bonding the neutral state of the packet to form one positive and one negative half packet. This would only last for a short time for the forces that first created the Neutral Energy Field are stronger only allowing the altered state to last for a short period. these forces would bring back the split packet back into the fold to maintain the harmony of the field.
So the overall forces of the Neutral Energy Field is not enough to stop the flux of packets to an altered state, but the field is strong enough to bring the packet back after a short time. This is cause by the to stay in harmony. As disharmony is created by the flux, the Neutral Energy Field obtains new energy from the split and in time uses this energy to bring the split packet together. The energy used in this process is absorbed back into to packet. No net gain or net loss during the process.
This process of change back and forth needs to be present for any other type of change to happen. The forces of two different directions are equal in strength.
The only thing that favors the Field is the need to have a state of harmony. Even in this flux there is no reaction to each other.
Important information:
This occurs all the time with or without a Universe.
The Neutral Energy Field is in an active state without any change.
The Universe is born and dies within this everlasting Neutral Energy Field for there is no relation to time in this Energy Field.
